1. *Your success or failure in H2i rise and fall on you.*  It is not the company's fault, it is not your upline's fault.  He or she can quit the business.  It is not your downline's fault.  He or she can refuse to work.  It is not the economy.  *Even when their was no recession,  people were still passing over opportunity repeatedly (POOR).* It is not the fault of the competition. It is YOUR Fault.
*Arguing about this and not taking responsibility will set you to deceleration side of H2i Success.*  You will be trying to move forward but your believes will be limiting you.

2. *Until you become H2i Minister in your mind, you cannot see it with your eyes.* 14 months ago,  I saw myself doing well in H2i even though I don't know who will join me at that time.  *Till now,  I have not try to introduce my family members.  Just few friends that trusted me.* And I am still believing God to become prime Minister when I have not even achieve the ministerial level. *My people,  how far can you see,  don't let your present H2i condition of not having prospects determine your H2i success Vision.*
If you are just joining now and all you can see is that people will not join you or all you see is difficulties,  if I am your upline,  I will willingly return your money, even if you are doing 15 accounts.  I will tell you this,  *you need alot of positive energy to do this business.*

3. *Law of Vibration:* The moment you make up your mind to be successful in H2I,  God will begin to arrange the whole universe to come together in your favour. Everything will vibrate in your success mindset frequency. Your belief,  your goals,  your confession,  and your faith must tally.

4. *When you have all the characteristics of H2i Minister,  their work ethics,  their reading and self development and leadership habits, once every thing around you is vibrating at that frequency,  with time you will become one of the H2i Ministers.*

5. *80/20 Rule:* 20% of your team in H2i will produce 80% of the results.  *It is your responsibility to locate this 20% and give them and their matrix special attention,  Motivation and Support.*

6. *Law of Time Perspective*: You must give your H2i business minimum of 2 years to record a significant success.  *There is no magic in doing it.* It is not what you do in 30 days. *It is network marketing.*  It takes time. Any thing good takes time.

7. *Law of Abundance:* You must believe that there are abundance of prospects for you to sign up.  It is not compulsory that all your prospects must come from Nigeria.  Today,  I have downline in Zambia.

8. *Law of Accumulation:* H2i minister is someone who have accumulated hundreds,  if not thousands of small efforts and sacrifices that no one ever sees or appreciates. I have constantly supported my team,  sometimes I give out laptops for their operations,  what I suppose to sell and enjoy the money.

9. *Law of Acceleration:* *Focus is the key factor in accelerated Success and achievement.*  I have been doing H2i for 14months. Some people join in 2 months,  they are already distracted by other shinning objects.  *If I join you to do that,  then my accelerated success in H2i will not be possible.*

I went to an #interview for a #job yesterday. When the boss asked what I wanted for #compensation I replied:
1) First I would like commission on every service I render & I want to see that percentage get far higher ⬆as I improve.
2) I would also like the #opportunity to receive #matrix bonus, bonuses paid in full, an Hyundai x35 and free marketing materials based on my performance.
3) I expect you to provide me with my own #website and provide free online training and regional training all over
4) When I bring in any new member, I deserve a bonus and to be compensated a percentage of their services and the service of any new membe they bring in just as they will also benefit from theirs.
5) I would like the opportunity for free interest loan for me and my partner.
6) scholarship for two of my kids
7) When I do well, I expect lots of #praise, recognition, and more bonuses. Did I mention all expense paid trips for me and my spouse?
8) I would like my #friends and #family to be part of my business
8) By the way, I need to set my own #schedule, and only #work when it suits me and my family.
9)And last but not least I want advanced commissions on my first paycheck for the 2 steps I did in order to succeed within the company as well as bonuses paid in full.
