For legal reasons, I couldn't answer that question if I wanted to (and I take no responsibility for a decision that is ultimately YOURS to make), but I am doing the next best thing and giving you what I believe you need to know to avoid getting scammed, whether it's with a company that explicitly calls itself Ponzi/Pyramid scheme or one that creatively hides its Ponzi/Pyramid scheme structure because of the negative publicity surrounding it.
