I would like to share with us what I learnt concerning WHAT I MUST DO TO GAIN SUCCESS as part of the just concluded Leadership conference held in Warri, Delta state........

1. Kill your fears: due to some bad experiences you must have had in the past, you are bound to have doubts about the present opportunity(s). But no matter how many times u have tried,don't give up. YOU CAN NEVER BE A FAILURE UNTIL YOU ADMIT TO BE ONE. Its all in the mind. Avoid mediocrity and never settle for the less.
 Make good use of information and opportunity: It's always better to know very much about ur business. And knowing is in READING, watching and listening to videos and audio tapes. Remember, YOU CAN'T GIVE WHAT U DON'T HAVE. As regards opportunity, always attend your company's events and training, very important. It exposes you to amazing strategies dat will shorten your journey to success.
Be a giver: This simply means open mindedness. How willing are you to share ur knowledge with your team members???. IT IS IN GIVING THAT WE RECEIVE EVEN MORE. Help enough people succeed and you too will succeed. One-man squad has never helped anybody o.
Develop a paradigm shift mentality: most times, the way we think or our perception towards wealth is so sickening that it holds us down for a long time. Imagine someone thinking that car is a luxury NO OO, its a necessity. The love of money is the root of all evil but do u know that the lack of money is d root of all ERROR.
THERE IS NOTHING AS POWERFUL AS A CHANGED MIND.
The law of association: SHOW ME YOUR FRIENDS AND I WILL TELL U WHO U ARE. You can't excape it. Choose your friends wisely. If your friends are the type dat are afraid of millions, you too cannot touch such amount even if u desire it. Move with positive minded people, people who are even better off than you. That is why mentorship is strictly adviced, someone or people who inspire and motivate you with their lives and actions.
